Getting Help

As this tool is new and under evaluation, DCAD are offering extra support to help you make the best of it. If you have questions feel free to contact you Digital Education Consultant opens a new window.

Technical issues should be logged through the IT Service Desk opens a new window as normal.

There is also built-in help available to staff and students when using FeedbackFruits.

To access it, click the blue Helpdesk icon at the bottom left corner of the page to access a series of links or their chatbot. This icon is also displayed on the Help pages of their website.

This opens a popup that gives you access to the FeedbackFruits help tools. These include a live chat feature (available to staff and students) where you can chat with a person day or night, Monday to Friday.

The help panel includes the option to start a live chat or search the help documentation. It also displays the system status - in this case All systems operational.
