When your Teacher presents you with a WorkBook to complete – it can be set to Auto Submit on opening the workbook.
To do this:
From the Pebblepad Dashboard – click on the Resources link.
From the items listed in the Resource Store – locate the Workbook (or item) you need to complete and click to open it. Note you can filter by Workbooks
Once open a pop-up message appears – saying this Workbook is being Auto Shared for Assessment and you have to agree to the terms of usage.
It is very important to tick the box to accept the terms and Save
You have now submitted the workbook.
Once you have shared for assessment, a live link is created between the Workspace and your Asset. Any changes you make to your Asset will be immediately reflected in the Workspace, unless a deadline has passed. There is no need to share your Asset again.
Now close the workbook down and go to the – Assets Store link from the Pebblepad dashboard
The Workbook should now sit in this area – because you now own it and it shows that this item has been shared for assessment. Do not open the one in the Resources section.
The Workbook now shows a blue bar along the top to show that this workbook has been shared for assessment. Always look for this to ensure you are working on the correct item.
Do not make a copy of the Workbook and work on that – because your teachers will not be able to see what you are doing – and you won’t be able to submit it. Always open the version with the Blue bar across the top.
