Atlas is the management engine for Pebblepad – only people with set permissions will see the blue circle at the top of Pebblepad once logged in.
Creating sets is about creating groups of students with one or more staff members. Scenarios could be for marking groups of students work, or for supervision purposes.
To do this Open up Pebblepad and click on the Blue Atlas icon along the top bar
Under “Workspaces I am managing” click on the name of the Workspace.
In this area you will see lists of Submissions – click on the “Management” item along the top bar.
A new menu bar will open and scroll across and click on the “Sets” item
Click on “Set Wizard”
From the Management – Set Wizard page click on “Create a single set”
A page will open and ask you for a title – enter the Name of the Group – this could be the name of a supervisor
Click on Save
From the next block – select Unassign from the Drop Down and select Members from the drop down boxes
Select the students who need to be assignment to that Review, Supervisor, Group etc by ticking the boxes – then click on the Add Selected users button.
The next step is to change the Members drop down to Managers and repeat the process above to add the Reviewer, Supervisor, Group manager etc.
